Martin Westberg, Vice President of Cell Therapy at Cytiva, is focused on building the capabilities customers need to advance and accelerate the development of cell therapies. In previous roles, Martin oversaw product management, R&D, marketing, customs and operations for various portfolios. He has driven close collaborations with teams in Europe, Asia, and North America to develop strategy, meet financial targets, and sustainably grow the cell and gene therapy business at Cytiva. He came to the organization from a venture capital company in 2010 and has served in a variety of leadership roles across cell and gene therapy, bioprocess, and research, always demonstrating exemplary leadership and industry knowledge.

Nicole K. Paulk, Siren Bio
Nicole is the CEO, Founder, and President of Siren Biotechnology, a newly launched biotech company in the Bay Area. For almost two decades, Nicole has been at the forefront of developing solutions to advance the field of gene therapy. She is a pioneer in the development of adeno-associated virus (AAV) platforms for gene repair, gene transfer and gene editing, directed evolution for engineering capsids, and multi-omic approaches to interrogate translational AAV biology.
