Dr. Zahidul Mondle
Lead Technical Product Specialist, Cytiva
Dr. Zahidul Mondle is a Lead Technical Product Specialist at Cytiva. He has decades of hands on experience in developing molecular diagnostics, lateral flow assays, and immunoassays. He worked at Pfizer in vaccine development as an analytical scientist before joining Cytiva. Zahidul holds an MBA and a PhD in Biochemistry.

Andrew Gane
Strategy and Technology Manager, Cytiva
Andrew is the Product Strategy and Technology Manager within the Genomics and Diagnostic Solutions business responsible for building the innovation pipeline in collaboration with the R&D and commercial teams. His knowledge and understanding of emerging trends and new applications have been fundamental to developing the product portfolio into workflow-based solutions, with a particular focus on next-generation sequencing (NGS). Andrew has more than 30 years’ experience in immunodiagnostics and molecular diagnostics in both lab-based and product development roles.

Chike Ejiofor
Product Manager Nucleic Acid Sample Preparation, Cytiva
Chike is a Product Manager for nucleic acid sample preparation in the Genomics and Diagnostic Solutions business in Cytiva, working with the R&D team to develop and optimize magnetic bead-based extraction solutions and supporting the commercial teams in their understanding of the NGS workflow, DNA sequencing, RNAi and Real-Time PCR. Chike has worked in the healthcare industry for over 15 years, after spending a year as a Research Scientist at the University of Westminster, where he focused on validating ATG-like genes in T. Vaginalis.

Matthew Davies
Custom Service Leader, Cytiva
Matthew leads the Customised Solutions Team for the Genomics and Diagnostics Solutions business at Cytiva. His team of scientists and engineers are dedicated to helping diagnostic customers launch and manufacture products using Cytiva’s stabilization and conjugation technologies, expertise and global supply chain infrastructure. Matthew has 20 years' experience working across the pharmaceutical, academic and life science industries.

Dominik de Cassan
R&D Leader -Membranes, Cytiva
Dominik de Cassan is leading Cytiva’s R&D team responsible for the membrane portfolio. He holds a Ph.D. in macromolecular chemistry, where he focused on novel tissue engineering approaches. His focus is in developing the next generation of membranes for lateral flow assays and transferring these to production.

Lee Jenkins
Senior Product Leader, Cytiva
Part of the Senior Management team for Cytiva's Whatman™ product offerings of Cytiva, with overall responsibility for the performance of a large portfolio of products and services, primarily focused on the diagnostic rapid testing market. Experience of involvement with diagnostic development companies for over 5 years and part of the Cytiva (formerly GE Life Sciences) business for over 9 years.
