SPR for membrane protein interaction studies

Membrane proteins are in general very challenging to study as activity and function are easily lost when the protein is extracted from the membrane. But there are ways to study them, also in Biacore™ systems. Anna Moberg, Staff research engineer and project manager at Cytiva in Uppsala, Sweden, will share her experience on how to work with membrane proteins in Biacore™ systems, and the different options that have been tested so far.
